How we work

Inclusive talent isn’t just our name it’s our philosophy. Our core areas of focus are talent, diversity and inclusion and enterprise and unleashing everyone’s potential.

We think its important to listen and learn and to use our research expertise to give those we work with new insights to help them innovate and grow. Working together achieves a far strong result than us telling you what to do.

Our experience of working with organisations spreads across Europe, the UAE, South and South East Asia. We can apply a range of innovative qualitative and quantitative research techniques and are experienced group facilitators. We have also worked on a diverse range of consultancy projects for the Prison Service (developing a Leadership Framework for Governors) the British Council (nurturing top level female talent in higher education), Marks and Spencer’s (responding to ageing demographics), Barclays (talent development) and part of the German Government (GIZ) in Egypt helping to increase women’s economic independence. 

Our offerings

We help organisations thread the principles of D&I throughout all organisational policies and practices, through:

* Half day consultancy sessions with senior leaders and change makers

* Facilitated discussions on various pertinent issues (such as recruitment and selection, development and reward, harassment and bullying)

* In-house quantitative and qualitative research to tailor appropriate solutions (this might include examining internal and external experiences relating to age, gender, sexual orientation, religion and belief, ethnic origin, social status).
