Anthony Khan

Anthony Khan, actor with cerebral palsy, based in London. Lifelong ambition to become the next Doctor Who!

I trained at the Theatre Royal Stratford East between 2017 and 2018, where I was lucky to learn from industry veterans like Suzann McLean MBE, Jan Sharkey-Dodd, and Darnell Shakespeare. I also had the pleasure of being taught by voice coach Christopher Holt and dramatic arts teacher and actor Scott Sophos. My first big break came when I played 'Simon' in DISHOOM! by Rifco Theatre Productions, directed by Pravesh Kumar MBE. I will always be thankful to Pravesh and his team for trusting me with this fantastic role I have the pleasure of portraying. The show toured the UK, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of such a fantastic project.

Since then, I’ve worked with the East London Theatre School and Sufi Soup Productions, continuing to grow and explore my craft as an actor, as well as doing some independent projects with fellow actors.

Right now, I’m co-writing a feature film with a fellow actor and close friend, which has been an exciting new challenge.
