Tom Housden

Tom is about to gain his first lead role in short film, MERCY. Other credits include the New Works Playhouse reading of VALIDATION and short film TYPICAL?

Tom has Cerebral Palsy and has a very positive attitude, especially towards his acting career. He is keen to learn, and is willing to embrace new challenges. He has completed the Beginners course with The Actors Café, and is about to start the Intermediate course. His previous studies have included Stanislavski and Meisner. Tom also undertakes ongoing voice over training with Gravy For The Brain.

Tom is very proactive in his work, and networks with current and new contacts he has made. He holds Creative Lunches / Dinners with other talent, which gives people an opportunity to network and work together on any projects they may have. 

Outside of acting, he enjoys screenwriting, creative writing, and doing puzzles. He is also learning German.
