Founded by actors Diane Janssen and Sarah Leigh, Inclusive Talent is an inclusive agency which supports all people to work together. We are passionate about recognising the intersectionality of society and making sure the talented performers we represent are representative of the diverse world we live in.

Diane and Sarah (neurodivergent herself) professionally represent actors over the age of 18 - both disabled and non-disabled - with at least 50% of their clients, at any one time identifying as d/Deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent.

Disabled people are vastly underrepresented across all areas and levels of the creative industry and so we seek to support emerging talent to hone their skills and prepare for professional work. We provide a bespoke personal management service, supporting people to flourish.

We have experience of placing clients in TV, Film and in the West End including companies such as the National Theatre, Netflix, Channel 4, and the BBC, to name a few.

Inclusive Talent is owned by Bedazzle Arts, whose production arm Bedazzle inclusive Theatre, commissions original pieces of theatre and film, focused on creating roles for disabled and autistic performers. They have just finished production on their first short film, TYPICAL?, which is due for release early next year. More information on this can be found here.
