Bryony Moss

Bryony is a disabled actress and model of South Asian roots. Bryony styles herself as the “hidden talent ready to represent ethnic minorities, hidden disabilities, mental health and the care leavers community." Bryony was adopted at 3 months old when her now parents lived in India. She wanted to join the acting industry as she didn’t see people like her being represented.

Bryony has worked with BBC BITESIZE and MOLINARE. Bryony has further credits in short film, campaigns and modelling to name a few. Bryony’s headshot was shown at the About Time event in 2022.

Outside of acting Bryony is a disability and mental health advocate. Bryony has worked with charities such as Mencap and Scope.

Bryony competes at regional and national dressage competitions. She is an ambassador for the charity Riding for the Disabled Association. Her horse riding journey has been featured in Horse & Hound and Take a Break Pets Magazine .

Bryony also has a love of everything fashion and beauty.
