Jake Llywelyn

Jake Edwards is an actor known for the Channel 4 short film BEST INTENTIONS: THE TRUTH ABOUT DISABILITY IN TV and the BBC’s CASUALTY. 

Jake trained in expressive arts at Queen Elizabeth’s grammar school in Ashbourne and attended Lichfield college to study film and TV. During this time he performed in a number of student films put together by his classmates.

Since then he’s worked on a variety of projects ranging from promotional material for brands and financial services, to roles with the BBC, ITV and Netflix. 

Jake’s passion started around 20 years ago when he was cast as the lead in school plays. Acting helped him overcome a difficult upbringing in foster care. He has gained a wealth of experience since playing Puss in Boots and is looking forward to working on the the next BAFTA winning comedy series!
